It's easy to order with us. We make it simple, fast, and with no sign-up required. We also accept orders by phone, fax and snail mail - see "Payment Methods We Accept" section for more details.
- Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you're ready to purchase an item, you may have to select an option in the pull down box next to the product. Then click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart.
Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you'll be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can start checking out or you can continue shopping our site. While shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says "Shopping Cart" at the top right of any page.
- Proceed to Checkout
Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button "Proceed to Checkout." Here is where you will enter your order information. Our checkout process is simple, fast, and no sign-up is necessary.
Cancel Or Change Order
We ship all orders as soon as possible. Because of this, all items that have the status processed can't be cancelled. In any case contact our customer service departement by phone 1-859-428-8337 and we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order hasn't yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it can't be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit Return and Exchange Policy.
Payment Methodes We Accept
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We're pleased to accept payment through PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online, safely and privately, with no fee. PayPal provides industry-leading security and fraud-prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
- Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
- MoneyOrder / Check
Pay for your online purchase with a MO or Check. Please be aware thet the order will be shipped once the MO has received or the Check has been cleared by our bank.
Items sold and shipped to Kentucky are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order at the time the order is shipped.
- Shipping Rates
It's easy to see how much shipping will cost! We can provide you the cost for all shipping methods as you view your shopping cart. In the shopping cart page, simply use "Estimate Shipping and Tax" and enter the zip code you want to ship to.
- International Shipping
Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees, as these are billed separately.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS (birthdays, parties or holidays)
For guaranteed delivery by a particular date, you must select a UPS shipping option. We do not recommend Priority Mail for time sensitive shipments because there is no guaranteed delivery date. Priority Mail packages are usually scanned once at pick-up and then again upon delivery so you will be unable to monitor the location of the package while it is in transit. This is the reason the United States Postal Service calls it Delivery Confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once a order has been shipped you will receive a email with tracking information. Depending on the shipping methode you choose you will be able to track you package in real time.
Tracking numbers beginning with 1Z have been sent via UPS, and will show tracking as soon as they are loaded on the truck.
Tracking numbers beginning with a 9, CJ and LN have been sent via US Postal Service, and will show no tracking information until the package is actually delivered.
Orders Not Received
If you've tracked your order from our Order Status page and found discrepancies in the delivery date or haven't received your order within 5 business days of its scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Center. We'll research the location of your order and promptly resolve the issue.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a UPS facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery.
All packages returned to us for the above reasons, we will issue a refund for the merchandise without the shipping expenses and may charge a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
- Product Guarantee
We stand behind all of our manufacturers' product guarantees. Time frames vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, which include but are not limited to the replacement of defective parts, missing parts, or replacement of like items. Our products are guaranteed for standard use of the product in its intended environment.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition, preferably inside its original packaging.
Special Extended Holiday Return Policy
As a convenience to our customers, orders placed between November 1 and December 25 may be returned through January 31. All other guidelines apply.

Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.
Most important is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.
NOTE: On special order items (items made on order) we keep the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, preferably inside its original packaging.
- All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. We can not accept returns on items that have been washed. We are not responsible for garment shrinkage as it is your responsibility to wash products carefully.
- All products properly returned are eligible for a refund, which may include a credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price , upon receipt of the product, less shipping fees.
- We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
- If you need smaller or larger size immediately we recommend placing a new order and than return the item and ask for a refund. You will be credited when the returned item is received.
